David Henderson racing 600's again!!! Starts up satellite team out in Phoenix AZ!

David is racing with CCS in the South West Reign and raced his first race Feb 16-17 at Firebird International Raceway in AZ, on the East Course. Looks like the racers in AZ didn't know what hit them, when Henderson moved out there! David entered in 4 races and WON ALL 4!!! Congrats to David on his 1st place wins on a new bike and new track! Show them how we do it out here on the East Coast, "Rickey' Tick" style!

What happend at The OYL Banquet...

Brian Conrad won 2nd place overall in the OYL Championship, as well as

1st place in the F2 class and 2nd in the F1 class on his NSR63.

David Henderson racing his last season with OYL won 3rd place in the F1 and F2

class. Not bad for someone who only raced half the season!

Our other teammate Jordan Reid must of come in 4th place? This might be from

a double points round that he missed, because I know he was close to Conrad in

points towards the end of the season!

And last but not least... Conrad won the Jeff "Maverick" Arend Memorial Award. (Maverick was the one who started OYL 10yrs ago, for more info on the late founder of our club, visit http://www.physics.ohio-state.edu/~bcd/Maverick/ )

Congrats to Matt Pickrell who won 1st place for the overall Championship for OYL!

And congratulations to everyone who came out and raced with OYL in 2007... I hope that 08 will be just as fun, if not more fun then last! -TQM
