Has had motorcycles in his blood since the first time he picked up a
sportbike magazine as a young kid. Finally counting down the days came to an
end in early 2006, at age 17, when he purchased his first sportbike, a 1992
Honda CBR600F2. My first experience riding a motorcycle occurred on a dark
and cold March evening; learning the feel of the clutch, fogged up Shoei
helmet from the dark-age, and driving up and down the driveway out front of
my father's home. Within the next few years Aaron went through multiple
sportbikes, including CBR600RR's and a CBR954RR, and many quick cars. The
love of riding corners didnt come till my first experience with twisties in
the southern parts of Ohio, and since then its been a blur, literally! I owe
a huge thanks to Brian Conrad for introducing me to the world of "mini"
racing. After a motorcycle accident in the fall of '08, Aaron decided to
temporarily suspend riding on the street and pick up an NSR50. My first
experience on the track was quite interesting, being passed by 15 yr olds
plays hard on your conscience, but it was one of my most exciting things
I've ever been involved with! Having never ridden a "mini" nor a 2 stroke
bike, I was very pleased with my early finishes. I finished out the last two
races of the 2008 season looking eagerly to the next season. The 2009 season
started without a hitch, campaigning a totally new powerplant in the NSR, I
looked forward to competing in the OYL F3 Novice class. My goals for '09,
are to have a blast and take the F3 Novice Championship. I also hope to be
campaigning another race bike, either an RS125 or SV650, in the near future.
I cant thank everyone at OYL enough for introducing me into this sport and
being so helpful; even though I've only been apart of the group for a short
period of time, I already feel like part of the family! I'd also like to
thank TeamQuazzyMoto for offering me a spot on the team, and I look forward
to an awesome future with you guys!
